31 Jul 2020

SPS – Industrial Automation Fair (SIAF) Guangzhou and the concurrent Asiamold fair will be held from 11 – 13 August 2020 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou. Powered by the world-renowned SPS Smart Production Solutions in Nuremburg, SIAF Guangzhou is the premier hub for intelligent industrial automation solutions in South China, while Asiamold covers the latest mould-making, 3D printing, metalworking, foundry, die-casting, laser and bearing technologies. Both fairs fall under the same umbrella of smart manufacturing, where over 650 exhibitors will utilise 40,000 sqm across 5 halls, attracting more than 50,000 trade buyers. Furthermore, the fairs will feature over 130 seminars and forums to cover the latest industry news in the industrial automation, mould-making and 3D printing space.

Mr Hubert Duh, Chairman of Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co Ltd commented on behalf of the organisers: “With the suspension of various manufacturing activities during the virus outbreak, the benefits of automation, connectivity, digitisation and related intelligent production technologies were made clear to production line operators. With SIAF Guangzhou and Asiamold, which are Messe Frankfurt’s first Guangzhou fairs to take place since the beginning of this year, we hope to support the Chinese government’s new infrastructure and industry development initiatives by reactivating and reconnecting industrial automation, mould making, 3D printing, die casting and metalworking solution providers with manufacturing sectors across Asia.”
